Wayne's West was a design build project utilizing block with steel joist construction. This project was "green" with energy efficiency incorporated into the basic design. The owner requested to use the retro look of his existing facilities while using modern material and building techniques. The drive through canopies were custom fabricated to achieve the look and feel of his existing site. LED lighting, high efficiency air conditioners, and the incorporation of energy efficient outsulation system are just a few examples of the "green" aspects of this project.
