This is a 14,200 square feet single-story masonry structure with reinforced exterior load bearing walls and light steel interior columns and framing. It is a 48-bed facility with all exterior windows and doors are fixed, heavy-gauge security frames with security glazing. The design of the facility is intended to meet or exceed mandatory ACA criteria for Adult Detention Facilities.
