This is a 10,000 square foot Emergency Medical Services (911) facility. Its exterior is a brick veneer with EIFS accent. The facility contains a radio dispatch room, full crew living quarters, office facility, and ambulance entrances. This project bid two times over budget with CDBL being low bidder both times. CDBL then stepped in and offered value engineering services and our expertise in construction and was able to build the project in budget.
