This design build project is a 7800 sf office building with  pre-engineered structural components conventional exterior metal studs.  This project was design expansion in mind for a rapidly growing business.  The building can easily be extended without interruption with the normal day-to-day operations of the current operations.  This exterior of this project consists of an exterior insulation and finish system man-made architectural stone at the base.  This project was also fast tracked with site construction being accomplished before the issuance of the complete building permit.
